Scope limits: Design input
Buyers supply the evidence this desk can forward: stream source, hydraulic capacity, BOD/COD/SS, turbidity, effluent or reuse criteria, quantity, destination, three-phase supply, footprint and whether equalization and sludge handling already exist. Without those inputs, factories cannot quote the same duty. We do not invent influent analyses, camp occupancy calendars or metals lists. Public references used to phrase questions, such as mining-wastewater guidance that distinguishes camp sewage from process water, remain third-party documents. They are not a site-owned laboratory result and not a certificate held by this coordinator. Time statements on this site refer to quotation coordination after a brief is complete, not to a published founding year or a claimed plant count, because those assets are not in the brand record.
Supplier answer
Factories answer with included stages, exclusions, Incoterms, connected load, work envelope, FAT/SAT sampling language and who owns the operating support plan. This coordinator checks that answers can be placed on one comparison sheet. We do not rewrite a factory’s chemistry claims, stamp drawings, or convert a leaflet m3/day figure into a validated throughput for the buyer’s influent. If a reply omits sludge handling, we record the omission rather than filling it with a typical package. Spare parts lists, training hours and commissioning duration stay as the supplier wrote them until the buyer accepts a change in writing.
