Connected load, three-phase supply, footprint and PLC interface belong in the same brief because they change packing, transformer and control-cabinet lines. Optional budget may name currency and whether the figure is per skid or for the whole order; supplier preference (premium, mid-range, budget-friendly or undecided) is a shopping filter, not a verified rating. Linked manufacturer documents, including public mining-wastewater notes, are third-party references used to phrase questions, not performance promises from this desk. Assumptions that remain open—mixed streams, unknown metals, missing sludge disposal route—must stay visible on the RFQ so factories do not fill gaps with unstated defaults.
Supplier answer
A comparable answer names the treatment train, the contaminants each stage is intended to address, and who supplies equalization, sludge handling and the operating support plan. Tooling in this category means membranes, media, dosing pumps and sample ports listed on the quotation. Installation labour, shipping, training and commissioning hours must be either inside the pack or listed as exclusions with a method for later pricing. FAT language should describe sampling methods and representative influent conditions; SAT language should describe the site period and which party verifies laboratory results. Throughput stated only as m3/day without influent chemistry is not a validated output for ranking. If a manufacturer offers both a submerged aerated filter and an MBR, those are different machines unless the quotation uses the same duty cycle, occupancy profile and effluent table.
Open deviation
Deviations that block ranking include mixing camp sewage with process water after the quote, omitting sludge cake handling, quoting reuse quality without a sampling plan, or treating a containerized footprint as proof that civil works are included. A second deviation is claiming a single certification covers the whole train when certificates attach to named components and jurisdictions. This coordination desk records those gaps; it does not close them by inventing factory capacity, audit dates or percentage savings. Adjacent equipment such as mine dewatering pumps can be added as extra lines but is not a substitute for the wastewater package.
